Let The Days Pass
tomorrow never dims
The dread of tomorrow rushes in like a mad dash of my day's potential All I could've been and so much more Another day to waste more time Still, tonight I'll do my best to relieve the weight I carried with me I stood just as tall at least, maybe could have spoken up more frequently but there are certainly worse things to be Then morning arrives much too soon more of the same, along with the chance for something entirely new There are doors to open, boxes to move lacking clues of what's inside or what is through Maybe tomorrow is proof of life outside my mind, and to remind that after tomorrow I'll still have time I'll let it pass, the day will remain bright
Thanks for taking the time to read my work. It means a lot. Till next time. :)
(P.S. Apologies for my absence; June wasn’t what I hoped it would be.)
